Balance sheet 2013

Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG closes the business year on a very successful note. Revenues could be increased to €11.774 K.

Contributing factors included the acquisition of new customers and major customers, especially in Asia and Great Britain, positive sales trends in Italy and the resumption of series production activities for a major customer, as well as the continued strengthening of our business presence in Brazil. Compared to the previous year, project based commercial activities made gains in sales once again.

The balance sheet total for 12/31/2013 increased to €9.084 K. This represents an increase of 6.8%, compared to the previous year. The equity ratio remains at the level of the prior year. All in all, Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG has a permanent staff of 96 employees.

The company’s management regards itself well positioned to continue the growth of the business in 2014, as well.

Main Focus of Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG

The main focus of the enterprise is the development and manufacture of devices and equipment for ship automation.

Within the last 16 years alone, Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG has developed and produced alarm-, security-, and diagnostic systems for more than 21,000 diesel engines of a well-known engine manufacturer. These are being used in luxury yachts as well as in commercial shipping and involve, chiefly, double-engine plants.  Furthermore, devices for on-board power supplies, for data acquisition, for navigation lights control, and for many other applications, have been developed and manufactured which are predominantly used in commercial shipping.

Another, ever increasing mainstay of the enterprise is the business investment in general ship automation.

Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG is represented internationally with agencies, service stations and partnerships. This area is currently expanding rapidly.
