Formation and development
In 1977, the company Ingenieurbüro Böning was founded. In 1996, the firm’s name was changed into Ingenieurbüro Böning GmbH, which became Böning Automationstechnologie GmbH & Co. KG on July 1st, 2003.
Right from the start, the main focus of all activities was on development and production of devices and systems for ship automation, such as, for example, the following devices:

At the moment, office and production space is over 2500 square meters and more than 20,000 devices per year are sold.
On this website, only the basic range of our devices is represented. However, our main business is development, classification and production of devices in the name of third parties. For obvious reasons, details of these activities cannot be published.
We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 regulations.
