Do you have a service request and would like to have your item checked? Is your item defective or in need of repair? Was your item delivered or ordered incorrectly? To enable our customer service team to respond to your enquiry more efficiently, please complete the RMA Form, save it and send it to us by email or fax. Once we have received your enquiry, an RMA number will be assigned to the process and communicated to you by email.

Remote service and maintenance

Our automation solutions offer remote access to the system. Additional functions and changes to the system configuration can be imported and tested remotely. For troubleshooting purposes, a BÖNING engineer can connect to the system via the Internet and carry out maintenance work without having to travel. With the help of a local technician, remote commissioning of new plants is also possible. We send service kits with all the necessary tools and augmented reality glasses for visual guidance of the local support staff.
