Compact graphic touch panel for visualizing engine data

An 8.8" color display serves as a compact and versatile display unit, primarily designed to display operating data and alarms from various marine engine systems (EDC and common rail). All relevant display data has been coordinated with the engine manufacturer. Close cooperation has resulted in an optimal combination of functionality and reliability.

Classified monitoring system for generator sets

Several customer-specific devices form a compact system for starting, stopping, and monitoring diesel generators. This development was designed for marine operations and meets all the requirements for alarm and safety systems in accordance with the guidelines of classification societies (ABS, BV, CRS, DNV, LR, RS). Various engine control units can be easily adapted, including the latest EDC-17 systems.

B⋮LINK Chartplotter Visualization for Gensets

The B⋮LINK Chartplotter Gateway is a simple and cost-effective solution for operating gensets. The specially adapted software offers optimal visualization with an intuitive user interface, all the functions required for controlling and monitoring the genset in use have been implemented. The application installed on B⋮LINK communicates with the connected generator systems via ModBus RTU (RS485), and the data to be displayed is sent to the chartplotter.

AHD 501 / AHD 502 Bow Thruster Control

This system for controlling and monitoring a conventional bow thruster (three-phase asynchronous motor with fixed propeller) was developed in close cooperation with the manufacturer. The standard configuration consists of a central control unit AHD 501 (in the bow thruster control cabinet) and up to three operating and display units AHD 502 (on the bridge and the port and starboard control stations). Communication takes place via a common CAN bus.
