The new Panel PC AHD 1219 F with foil front is part of the current model series of Panel PCs with improved readability through increased brightness and contrast. Increased performance and functionality are combined in a modern design and increase safety and ease of use on ship bridges. With a brightness of up to 1600 cd/m2, good readability is always guaranteed, even in strong sunlight. Automatic dimming ensures that the displays work glare-free even when driving at night.
The PCs were developed specifically for shipbuilding. By using automotive components, the devices can be used in a wider temperature range than conventional displays. The absence of mechanically moving components, such as hard drives or fans, makes the device resistant to shocks. The passive cooling system makes a significant contribution to operational safety. The powerful Panel PC ensures safe and reliable operation even under extreme conditions. With a 24 V DC power supply, the devices are ideally suited for use on ships.
The capacitive touchscreen enables convenient operation, and the latest display technology enables even more brilliant colors. Basic functions such as alarm acknowledgement and brightness control are available via buttons. The visualization system with a closed operating system works completely autonomously. Advantage: No firewalls or virus scanners are required, and the configuration cannot be changed by mistake. The device is optionally available without DVI and VGA interfaces.
