The PC was developed specifically for shipbuilding. The absence of mechanically moving components, such as hard drives or fans, makes the device resistant to shocks. The passive cooling system makes a significant contribution to operational safety. Two LAN interfaces are used for integration into the ship's Boening system. A connected monitor can be remotely controlled via the CAN interface. All interfaces are connected individually via standardized connectors. The AHD 1300 Slim embedded PC is designed for wall and DIN rail mounting. With a 24 V DC power supply, the devices are ideally suited for use on ships. The powerful PCs ensure safe and reliable operation even under extreme conditions.
The visualization system with a closed operating system works completely autonomously. Advantage: No firewalls or virus scanners are required, and the configuration cannot be changed by mistake. AHD 1300 Slim is always used in combination with an AHD DPU 9 data processing station or an AHD 12XX panel PC.
