AHD 514 A

Start-stop system with combined alarm system for diesel engines

AHD 514 A is a microprocessor-controlled device for starting and stopping drive diesel engines with all necessary monitoring functions, including auto stop at overspeed and individual adjustment to series from various engine manufacturers.

‍

  • Module housing for installation on standard mounting rails in desks, consoles, control panels or control boxes
  • Protection class IP 20
  • 1 speed input, galvanically isolated
  • 6 analog inputs (4 — 20 mA)/binary for status messages and alarms
  • 6 analog inputs (Pt100/Pt1000)/binary for status messages and alarms
  • Analog inputs can be parameterized
  • 2 binary inputs, wire-break-monitored
  • 8 binary inputs for control functions (remote start/stop, alarm confirmation, overspeed test, etc.)
  • 2 binary inputs for monitoring fuse/alternator
  • 8 relay outputs, 6 A, potential-free, for starter relays, motor control and alarm outputs
  • 2 transistor outputs, 8 A, wire-break-monitored and short-circuit-proof, for motor stop
  • 1 analog output (4 — 20 mA/1 — 5 V DC/2 — 10 V DC)
  • 24 V DC power supply +30%/-25%
