The 5.7” LCD color display AHD 570 is designed as a compact unit for monitoring and visualizing, for example, engine and transmission data from a connected engine system or data from other ship systems such as tank monitoring, bilge monitoring or standby system. The data is recorded by the respective system and transmitted to the color display via CAN bus data communication for visualization. The data is presented on various display pages with graphically prepared tabular visualization. VGA resolution and a bright LED backlight for optimal readability of data information in a wide range of environmental conditions allow the display to be used in almost any environment.
The display is automatically dimmed via a photocell. The minimum level of brightness can be set via the internal configuration menu. Thanks to its compact design with front protection class IP 56 and CAN bus data communication, the display can be cascaded and is therefore equally suitable for integration in the motor control box as well as for installation in a bridge console or in cabin walls. The color display is operated via integrated control buttons to switch the display on and off, for visual and acoustic alarm confirmation and for menu and page control of the display, alarm, configuration and service pages.
