CAN-USB converter

AHD-CUC V3 is the successor of AHD-CUC (V1/V2) and is equipped with 2 USB interfaces and other functions. With the new version, the “host mode” operating mode can now be selected via configuration.

In standard mode, AHD-CUC V3 receives commands from the common control bus CAN7 and converts them into configurable mouse and key commands. The function of the mouse and keyboard is now simulated via two separate USB interfaces, so that control commands received via CAN7 can be forwarded in a suitable form to the connected PC.

In host mode, AHD-CUC V3 receives mouse and keyboard inputs via 2 separate USB interfaces. The signals are converted into configurable control commands and sent via the internal CAN to the common control bus CAN7.
