The AHD LS4 4-way switch unit was primarily developed and optimized for use in cabins. The design combines the advantages of a touch field with mechanically moving keys. This allows very convenient operation due to tactile feedback and the typical button click during operation. AHD-LS4 can perform switch or button functions, such as to control lighting, air conditioning, blinds, multimedia systems, and more. Integration into the Böning monitoring system takes place via CAN bus. This is used to send control commands, for example for climate or lighting control, and receive corresponding feedback on the current status. An integrated buzzer reports faults acoustically.
The design is completely electrically and mechanically compatible with Böning Display AHD 430. If additional control functions are to be added at a later stage, this can easily be achieved by simply replacing them. Like the Böning displays, the device has automatic dimming of the display brightness so that glare-free operation is possible at any time.
Due to its compact design and low installation depth, the AHD-LS4 is ideal for installation in cabin walls, but can also be installed in desk or control panels. A sturdy, easy-to-maintain glass front protects the device and allows intuitive operation. The keyboards are designed with individual front films, which are adapted to the customer's specific application.
