AHD-RB6 is a remote-controlled electronic circuit breaker ECB for six channels with CAN bus connection for controlling and monitoring electrical loads of up to 16 A/24 V DC per channel. The device switches all load circuits to 2 poles. If required, two pairs of channels can be combined per device, so that the nominal current for the double channels increases to 28 A.
The maximum allowable current can be pre-selected separately for each channel via a rotary switch (6.3 A, 10 A or 16 A). A separate current measurement is carried out for each channel, so that the AHD-RB6 can also be used for power management. All recorded current values are output via CAN bus and can be visualized on Böning displays or panel PCs, for example.
With the integrated emergency control on the front, each channel can be switched on even if the CAN bus or the processor system fails; the protection remains fully functional even in this case.
