Universal CAN converter

The AHD-UCC universal CAN converter is an intelligent unit for recording and converting external CAN bus data protocols and integration into the Böning AHD-SAS CAN bus network. This allows selected data from external systems to be processed, monitored and visualized on graphics pages of connected color displays in Böning alarm and monitoring systems. The external data protocol is configured and adapted using the Böning AHD-SAS network configuration software.

The CAN bus networks are designed to be galvanically isolated. The external CAN bus network (input) and the Böning AHD-SAS CAN bus network (input and output) are each connected via screwable connectors in accordance with the DeviceNet standard. The power supply to the device electronics is provided via the integrated cable connection in the range of 9—32 V DC.
