The AHD-EST control unit is used as an emergency stop device for the AHD-EOP and AHD-DEOP motor control units. The compact and functional devices can be used both in the bridge area and on the flybridge or other control and monitoring stations on the entire ship.
The unit consists of an emergency stop button and a reset button. Both buttons are protected by a cover flap to prevent accidental actuation. When the emergency stop button is engaged, it is not possible to start the engine. The integrated LED lighting ensures safe operation even in the dark.
