Engine Start-Stop Systems

The AHD-EOP and AHD-DEOP start-stop units offer a modern, safe, and user-friendly way to start and stop marine diesel engines. Instead of conventional ignition locks and their complex wiring, these systems use innovative transponder technology to increase operational safety and simplify installation. The AHD-EOP enables the activation and release of port and starboard engines by inserting a transponder key into the designated slot. The AHD-DEOP dual start-stop unit, available as an extension, allows simultaneous control of two drive engines from additional operating stands, such as the fly bridge. As long as the transponder key is inserted, the engine remains ready to start and can be started or stopped via any AHD-EOP or AHD-DEOP unit in the system. An LED display indicates the operating status. The engine is started and stopped using the buttons on the front panel, and an additional emergency stop button is integrated for safe shutdown in the event of system malfunctions. The system is compatible with a wide range of common marine engines and simplifies operation thanks to its modern technology and intuitive controls.
