Signal converter for controlling FLIR cameras

AHD SEC2 enables FLIR cameras to be integrated and controlled via AHD VDCU (Video Distribution Control Unit) and Böning CAN bus. The control commands sent by AHD-VDCU (RS-485 Pelco-D protocol) are converted into a camera-compatible protocol and forwarded to the camera network via the two integrated LAN ports.

For example, the camera can be controlled via the touch screen of a user-specific AHD 1119 GP display panel. The system has so far been adapted and tested for FLIR M-series cameras. Due to the flexible configuration options of AHD-SEC2, other cameras can also be adapted upon request.
