AHD-WAOP System

The AHD-WAOP system complies with the requirements of IEC 62616-1 and is designed to establish a Bridge Navigation Watch Alarm System (BNWAS). With the central components AHD-WAOP and AHD-WAOP K for monitoring watch duty and watch rounds, Böning offers compact and effective devices for use as a watch alarm panel or a watch round alarm panel. The preset watch alarm time must be acknowledged before it expires. If timely acknowledgment is not received, an alarm is triggered in several stages as follows:

1. Notification
2. Pre-alarm
3. Alarm in the bridge section: Activation of the ‘Alarm’ relay output
4. General Alarm (alarm on the entire ship): Activation of the “General Alarm” relay output

Depending on the configuration and system requirements, the following components can be combined in the Bridge Navigation Watch Alarm System:

- AHD-WAOP: Watch Alarm Operation Panel (BNWAS), central control unit for the bridge
- AHD-WAOP K: Watchman Alarm Panel (Dead Man System) with key switch
- AHD-WAOP MD / MDA: Set with motion detector and adapter module
- AHD-WAOP SA: Alarm panel (flush-mounted)
- AHD-WAOP SA AP: Alarm panel (surface-mounted)
- AHD-WAOP SK: Reset panel with emergency call (flush-mounted)
- AHD-WAOP SK AP: Reset panel with emergency call (surface-mounted)
- AHD-WAOP SB: Alarm panel with emergency call (bridge version with mushroom pushbutton)
